If you have a crack starting on your windshield, definitely check with them before it spreads. They can often help fix it while it’s still small. I recently had my windshield and front top roof panel replaced on my Mercedes Benz E350 by Nick at Precision Auto Glass Inc. I originally found Nick through TikTok, and I’m so glad I did! Before meeting Nick, I had a terrible experience with another company in Bolton. They installed the top front piece (between the windshield and sliding sunroof) incorrectly. The glass wasn’t aligned properly, leaving about a 1/4 inch dip on the driver’s side. When I went back to them, they insisted it was “correct” and even tried to shift my attention to a chip in the windshield instead. After paying $1,300, I was extremely disappointed, and they weren’t willing to fix their mistake. That’s when I came across Nick. After speaking with him and explaining my situation, he reassured me that the job would be done properly this time. I decided to have him replace both the windshield and the top roof panel. From ordering OEM parts to installation, everything went smoothly. When I saw my car after the work was completed, I was beyond happy—it looked like it had just come from the factory. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism from Nick and his team were outstanding. They were polite, respectful, and true experts at what they do.
